FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands and ears to promote health benefits in other parts of the body. Here's a brief explanation of how it works:
Reflex Points: Reflexology assumes that specific areas of the feet, hands and ears are connected to different organs and systems of the body. These areas are called "reflex points."
Point Stimulation: The reflexology therapist manually applies pressure to specific points, using techniques such as finger pressure, circular massage or even the use of specific instruments.
Promoting Balance: Pressure on reflex points is thought to stimulate the body's energy channels (as in traditional Chinese medicine) or nerves, improving energy flow and promoting balance between the body's systems.
Health Benefits: Practitioners believe that reflexology can help relieve stress, improve blood circulation, promote relaxation, stimulate the function of the body's organs and systems, and even alleviate pain.
Holistic Approach: Reflexology is considered a holistic approach to health, which means it focuses on the overall well-being of the individual, taking into account physical, emotional and mental aspects.

Suction: Suction creates negative pressure that stimulates blood flow to the area, promoting circulation and relaxing muscles.
Movement: Depending on the technique used, the cups can be left in place or moved along the skin using oil to facilitate gliding.
